Our Team
Real Nappies for London is run by a small team of staff. Our project is administered by the charity organisation Women’s Environmental Network and works in partnership with local authorities. We share expertise and research evidence through campaigns which encourage and promote the use of reusable nappies. Our aim is to reduce the amount of disposable nappy waste sent for disposal.

Shabina Ali
Project Officer
Shabina joined Real Nappies for London in April 2025. Shabina is passionate about reducing environmental impact by educating and supporting families in adopting eco-friendly alternatives. With over 20 years as a voluntary community organiser, she has developed multi-arts projects to assist home-educated children and marginalised communities.
