Applicants who apply for a real nappy voucher

We believe that your personal information is important to you. We have a strict privacy protocol in place when processing your application and personal data supplied for a real nappy voucher. When we process an application, voucher participating borough officers need to approve this information to then issue your voucher. Access to this information is restricted and secure. We do not sell or pass on personal details to any other third party. Funders of the scheme have set out a maximum of 6 years to hold onto supporting documentation and invoices for auditing purposes only. After this, all data is destroyed.
