RNfL is working with London Boroughs to help reduce disposable nappy waste by providing impartial information on where to buy nappies and sharing experience on using them. If you live in one of these boroughs and your baby is under 18 months apply for an RNfL voucher to reduce the upfront cost.

Step 3: Send us your supporting documents


To prove that you are who you say you are, that you have a baby and that you live in one of the participating boroughs we kindly request that you send us:

  • 1: Proof of Identity - e.g Driver's Licence, Passport or Birth Certificate

  • 2: Proof of Address - e.g Recent Council Tax Bill, Phone Bill, Bank Statement.
    Please note: driver's licene will not be accepted as proof of address

  • 3: Proof of Pregnancy or Birth - e.g - MatB1 Form (both sides), NHS Prescription Charge Card, Baby's Birth Certificate, Scan Report
    • An official document with your name and the baby's DOB or EDD.
    Please note: If you are applying for twins or more, pelase send the scan report.

    Please Note: only the applicant may use the voucher. If you are applying on behalf of your wife/husband please put their details in the form

    E vouchers take up to 10 days to reach you (maybe sooner so keep an eye out!), whilst posted vouchers take up to 14 days. Please add nappies@lcrn.org.uk to your email safe list so the voucher comes through ok.
       
    Real Nappies for London (RNfL) may keep these details for up to 24 months and contact you for feedback on the scheme. Information will not be passed to persons not involved in the scheme administration or used for any other purpose.
       
    The proper use of the voucher is the responsibility of the person named on it. In the event of fraud, the person registered for the voucher will be contacted by the issuing authority and may be prosecuted.
