How to Redeem your Reusable Nappy Voucher

Great news – you have received your voucher! Using reusable nappies will not only reduce your household waste, but will provide long-term cost savings for you and your family. Follow these simple steps to redeem your reusable nappy voucher:

Finding your nappy voucher

You should have already received your voucher by email. Your voucher contains important details, such as your name, address, and the voucher issue and expiry date. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your e-voucher in your inbox. If, for any reason you have not received your e-voucher, please contact us by email: info@realnappiesforlondon.org.uk or call: 020 3150 2023.

How to redeem your nappy voucher

You can redeem your reusable nappy voucher with one of the suppliers listed on our where to buy page. When shopping online, please do not enter your voucher code into supplier promotional code boxes, this will not work.  Instead, contact your chosen supplier to let them know you have a voucher to redeem. They should have listed instructions on their website. The supplier may hold your order until they can verify your voucher via our secure database. Your delivery address should be the same address as shown on the voucher and you must follow the voucher terms and conditions of what can be bought. If you are having trouble redeeming your voucher online please contact Real Nappies for London immediately: info@realnappiesforlondon.org.uk.

Redeeming your voucher in-person: when attending a nappy demonstration or visiting a retailer’s shop, please take evidence of your identity with you. You can show your e-voucher on your mobile or print it out.
