Fed up with wasting money on disposable nappies? Don't think you've missed the boat because you didn't start using real nappies when your baby was born. There are plenty of reasons to switch now.
  • At 6 weeks you baby has started smiling and you are into a routine.

  • At 6 months your baby probably needs fewer changes so fewer nappies to put in the washing

  • At 9 months or later there can be even less washing and the benefit of helping toilet training

There are 3 main types of washable nappy to choose from:

  • Natural, breathable, with no folding

  • Natural, breathable, economic and
    quick drying with some folding

  • Synthetic, stay-dry, easy to put on and quick drying

  • If you can't make up your mind we suggest you buy a trial kit. Once you start using real nappies you will be an expert within a few days!
