Trial Kits

It's important to us that you get the right nappies for you so you will use real nappies successfully.

The RNfL scheme is designed so you can choose whatever nappies you like best. For those of you not sure what to buy we suggest you use your voucher/buy the following trial kit. This enables you to try out a range of nappies on your baby and decide which you need more of.

You will certainly need a bucket with a lid or a waterproof bag to store the used nappies until you wash them.

The ideal trial kit gives you a day's worth of nappies so you can dedicate a day to trying out the nappies. Please remember wash the nappies several times before you use them - to make them absorbent.

The ideal trial pack for a new born would be:

a shaped cotton or bamboo nappy

a birth to potty pocket nappy

6 pre-folds (small)

2 waterproof wraps (new born or small)

a grip to fasten the flat nappies

The ideal trial pack for a baby of 6 months or more:

a shaped birth to potty cotton or bamboo nappy

a birth to potty pocket nappy

6 pre-folds (regular)

2 waterproof wraps (medium or large)

a grip to fasten the flat nappies
